Public Transportation will meet the needs of all the urban Intelligencia who will be responsible for implementing Obama's Directives, and Rural Agrarian Collectives, based on the Kymer Rouge model, will have access to a central pool of equipment that will travel from one Rural Agricultural Cluster to another, as required. There will be no "Free Movement", because that would waste valuable resources, pollute the enviroment, and waste time working to make Obama's divine vision into reality. There will be no "Vacations", and only Blacks will have personal convaences anyway, because they will be part of the 400 years of reparations we are owed, for the next 400 years.

I fully agree, and so does Obama. The farms will be staffed with Criminals and Counter-Revolutionaries to provide a labor pool.
No private ownership of these vehicles will be permitted anyway. All will be the property of the Collective, and available for use by those on approved Government business. Anyone using them for unauthorized personal business will end up on one of the farms, hoeing weeds for 20 years.
Mass transit in the cities will be available for the masses, to get them from work back to their Government Controlled High Rise Dormitories. The only Internal Combustion powered vehicles will be Agricultural ones and Armored Police and Domestic Security ones. Air travel will be prohibited, and the only planes will be Survellience and Security Aircraft, like "Black Thunder", the whisper mode attack helicopter designed in secret by our Brilliant Black Scientists at our Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and equipped with a CDIR and targeting suite.
