Does half-black = half reparations?

I'm sure when the reparations are announced, President Obama's black half will get half-reparations. I know my Samoan half will get nothing (just like whitey) but will my black half get half-reparations?

In Asia or the Arab world or in Africa, where the Muslims are, if you find one who says he's white, all he's doing is using an adjective to describe something that is incidental about him….
